Easier Selection - Beta 9

This update changes the behavior of the handles that appear at the track joints.

The previous version always had the handle appear at the end of any unconnected joint. This could make it hard to select small pieces of track when the handles covered up all most all of the track.

Add handles are present at all unconnected end points, overlapping the track.

Now only the selected track shows handles. This makes it easier to select small pieces of track. It also allows connecting and disconnecting the selected track without having to go into a separate tool.

Only the handles of the selected track are shown.

Other Updates

The disconnect track tool has been removed. This can now be done directly in the default tool with the new handle behavior updates.
